Avionic trailers

   Available Trailers

  • AVG 15 (for 15/18m wing span gliders)

  • AVG OPEN (18m and more 2 pcs wing)

  • AVM DUO (two seater glider)

  • TAURUS motoglider (aluminium cover)

  • PW-6, FOX (two seater glider)

  • Other types

...yes, for any glider !

...The shell is attached to a chassis from German AL-KO Cobra with V-type tow bar and an over run brake.

Wings and fuselage are loaded through opening in the back of the trailer and guided by set of built-in rails.

At the front of the trailer there is a baggage compartment for stowing all ground handling equipment and a spare wheel.

Unconventional arrangement of "Diana 2" structural design with 1.5 meter spar stump integrated into fuselage, suggested development of a new trailer that would be adequate for storage and transport of both "Diana 2" as well as any other modern high-performance sailplane.

Trailer has a unique monocoque composite shell. The 15mm thick floor is made from sandwiched aluminum plate with honeycomb core...

Standard trailer configuration includes

  • chassis made from aluminium

  • composite cover

  • axle with brakes (AL-KO or KNOTT)

  • automatic back-up release with hitch (AL-KO or KNOTT)

  • V-type or 70x70x5 tow bar (AL-KO or KNOTT)

  • floor from waterproof plywood

  • 2+1wheels 155R13 (AVG15), 175R14C (AVM DUO)

  • special box inside for tools

  • standard lights (acc. to EC or USA or Australia)

  • ramp (2 rails) with hand-operated lift

  • fitting for fixing the main gliders part

  • fuselage secure straps

  • spare wheel
